We store names, email addresses, salon memberships, chair settings, reservations and activity history to provide the calendar. We process email-link requests and limited request information, including IP addresses, to protect sign-in and prevent abuse. Hosting and email providers may process delivery and technical logs.
Salon owners can manage renter details and bookings. Members see shared availability and information identifying reservations within their salon. Other salons cannot access your salon through their accounts. Only enter information appropriate to share with your salon; do not enter client, health or payment details.
Render hosts the application and stored data. Resend delivers verification and invitation emails and processes delivery information. Namecheap forwards messages sent to our support address to our existing support inbox. Authorized support may access information needed to investigate a problem. We do not sell your personal information or use advertising trackers in this pilot.
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. There are no advertising or optional analytics cookies in the current pilot. If we add analytics or new providers, we will update this information.
Account and reservation records are kept while providing the service; pilot-end deletion is not currently automatic. You may request access, correction, a copy of your records, or deletion by email. We will verify the request and explain any shared salon records or legal obligations that affect it. Older copies can remain in rotating backups until those copies expire; backup deletion is not instantaneous.
We use HTTPS, email sign-in links and salon access controls. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not share sign-in links. This information will be updated when our practices change.
