How guest spots work
A guest artist can reserve the same station and time each week in one recurring reservation, then release an individual occurrence if plans change. Everyone sees the updated availability immediately, and overlapping reservations are prevented.
Owners can also block a station or the whole studio schedule for a convention, cleaning, maintenance, or a studio event.
Built for shared space—not client appointments.
Booth Calendar helps artists coordinate workspace. Your client appointments and payment arrangements stay where they already belong.

Questions from studio owners
Can a guest artist hold the same station every week?
Choose a weekly repeat to hold the same station and time across multiple weeks, then release individual time if needed.
Can I block time for the studio?
Yes. Owners can block a station for studio use, conventions, cleaning, maintenance, or another shared need.
Does this manage client appointments or payments?
No. Booth Calendar coordinates shared workspace only. Keep client appointments, payments, and agreements in your existing systems.
Which time zone does it use?
You choose your U.S. time zone, including Arizona, Alaska, and Hawaii, when you create the studio. That choice applies to every shared booking, including daylight-saving changes where they apply. Contact support before creating bookings if you need the time zone corrected.
